Greg Miller, President and CEO
Greg Miller is currently the president and CEO of CrossCom, a leading provider of innovative solutions and life cycle management for point-of-sale, voice and data systems for national retailers, restaurants and grocers. For the past two decades, Miller led CrossCom by establishing a competitive advantage in the highly price-sensitive field of IT support desk, point-of-sale, voice and data system design, installation and maintenance. Miller’s thought leadership and creativity has created significant disruption in the industry by driving exceptional results. He built a high-performance management team and grew the company by securing capital for multiple acquisitions, developing key supplier relationships and forging long-lasting customer partnerships.
Miller earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program (160). Miller is a member of the Harvard Business School Club of Chicago, Academy of Management, Southern Management Association, CFA Institute, and the Strategic Management Society. Miller also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Harvard University teaching Strategic Management at the Master’s level.
Miller is a 3rd generation member of the United States Armed Forces and the American Legion. He served honorably in the United States Air Force, 552nd Airborne Warning and Control Systems Division. He is also a member of the American Legion Post 158.
Jerry Gore, CIO
Jerry began working with CrossCom in 1996 as an outside consultant and joined the executive team in 2001 He leads the architecture and deployment of CrossCom’s world-class systems, including the industry's first customer portal, CrossInform. Prior to CrossCom, Jerry founded an IT consulting firm.
Jerry earned his Bachelor's degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management program.
Felipe Guardo, Senior Vice President of Operations
Since 1998, Felipe has been instrumental in developing and managing CrossCom’s services and operations. Solutions he has spearheaded include logistics, digital repair, staging and configuration, infrastructure, support services, and project operations.Felipe managed a production business unit for a high volume food packing company prior to joining CrossCom.
Felipe graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from DeVry Institute of Technology, received his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and graduated from Harvard Business School's General Management Program.
Mary Fitzgerald, Vice President of Administration
Since joining CrossCom in 1989, Mary has held multiple roles in HR, finance, IT, marketing, pricing, and operations. In her current role, Mary is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing, public relations and communications strategy and will contribute to CrossCom’s strategic operations and long-term growth.
Mary received her Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University, her MBA and Masters in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
Mark DiGregorio, Executive Vice President of Sales
Mark has spent his career working in retail and similar industries supporting distributed technologies. He began managing stores, then managing IT service techs, and is now focused on sales and business development. Previously, Mark spent 10 years with a service provider, first overseeing operations and ultimately as the Vice President of Sales. Mark also worked for leading retailers including Target, Toys R Us, and Safeway.
Mark earned Business Administration degree with a concentration in Economics from Santa Clara University.
Pat Gaynor, Senior Vice President of Sales
Pat has been a leader on CrossCom’s sales team since 1999 before serving in various operational roles at CrossCom. Given his unique industry experience, Pat effectively applies CrossCom solutions to customer problems for mutually beneficial results in many different retail and similar environments.
Paul Russell, Vice President of Sales
Paul’s career has been dedicated to selling complex services and solutions to retail enterprises. He got his start in procurement, moved to operations, and has focused on sales for more than 8 years. As Vice President of Sales, Paul uses in-depth industry knowledge to partner with the CrossCom team to effectively provide solutions and communicate the company’s services for each customer’s unique requirements.
Catie Miller, Director of Sales Engineering and Support
Since 2001, Catie has held multiple roles in customer service, project coordination, account management and sales. She currently leads CrossCom’s account management and sales engineering teams, responsible for all areas of sales support including pricing, contract management, proposal responses, and solutions development.
Catie received a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University in both Management and Marketing.
