Greg Miller, President and CEO
Greg is the president and CEO of CrossCom. For the past two decades, Greg led CrossCom by establishing a competitive advantage in the highly price-sensitive field of network and data system design, installation and maintenance.
Greg earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Operations and Logistics Management, a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Business Administration.
Greg served honorably in the United States Air Force.

Tim Gallegos, COO
Tim is the Chief Operating Officer for CrossCom. Prior to joining CrossCom, Tim spent 15 years in operational lead roles for technology services providers, focused on delivering IT services across distributed enterprises, providing operational excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
Tim earned a bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Mark DiGregorio, Executive Vice President of Sales
Mark is responsible for executing the sales and business development strategies for CrossCom. He has spent his 30 year career working in retail and similar industries supporting distributed technologies in operational and sales roles.
Mark earned Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Economics.

Mary Fitzgerald, Vice President of Administration
Mary is responsible for developing policy and directing and coordinating all human resources activities for CrossCom, including workforce development, compensation, benefits, staffing, labor relations, training, and employee services. Since joining CrossCom, Mary has held multiple roles in finance, IT, marketing, pricing, and operations and HR.
Mary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Human Resource Management.

Jerry Gore, CIO
Jerry is responsible for the architecture and deployment of CrossCom’s information, reporting and analytic systems, including the industry's first customer portal, CrossInform. Throughout his extensive career, Jerry has served as an outside consultant for an industry leader and founded an IT consulting firm.
Jerry earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management program.
