Our executives have been with us for an average of 10 years. Each executive is an expert in his and her field and well-versed in the business as a whole.
Tim Gallegos, President & CEO
Tim is the President & CEO for CrossCom. Tim joined CrossCom in 2019 as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining CrossCom, Tim spent 15 years in operational lead roles for technology services providers, focused on delivering IT services across distributed enterprises, providing operational excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
Tim earned a bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Mary Fitzgerald, Vice President of Administration
Mary is responsible for developing policy and directing and coordinating all human resources activities for CrossCom, including workforce development, compensation, benefits, staffing, labor relations, training, and employee services. Since joining CrossCom, Mary has held multiple roles in finance, IT, marketing, pricing, and operations and HR.
Mary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Human Resource Management.

Greg Miller, Chairman of the Board
Greg Miller is currently the Chairman of the Board of CrossCom. From July 2001-June 2023, Miller led CrossCom as President and CEO by creating an ongoing competitive advantage in the highly price-sensitive field of IT end user services. Miller grew CrossCom by recruiting and grooming a high-performance team, securing capital for multiple acquisitions, developing key supplier relationships and forging long-lasting customer partnerships. Miller’s creative thought leadership has caused significant disruption in the industry and driven exceptional results.
Miller earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, a Master’s degree in Theology from the University of Notre Dane and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program (160). He also earned an MBA and BS in Operations Management. Miller has an academic appointment from Harvard since 2018 and previously served as a professor at the University of Notre Dame.
Greg served honorably in the United States Air Force.
